Shipping

1. Do you ship worldwide?

    No, we only ship to North America Areas(America and Canada), we would expand our service to more countries in near future, please wait in patience.

2. Where you ship goods from?

    Normally we ship the goods from China.

3. What is the shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping(e-Packet) to USA and Canada.

4. What is the shipping time?

    There are two parts:

    Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturers and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.

    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The orders are shipped by e-Packet, which usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take a longer time. Besides, UPS, DHL, FeDex etc are also available.

5. How do I track my package?

    You can track your package via the Confirmation Email. Or you can click “Track my Order” link on our website.

Payments & Ordering

1. What payment terms you can accept?

    We could only accept PayPal.

2. Why is my payment declined?

    Please call your issuing bank and they can tell you why your payment is declinined.

3. How do I cancel my order?

    Only unshipped orders can be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by chatting with the seller. And refund will be issued.

4. Is my information is secure using this site?

    Yes! Our secure software follows industry standard and it is one of the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card numbers so that it cannot be read as the information trave.

5. What if my address is wrong?

    Please check your email within 24 hours after placing your order. You could reply us the correct address. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

2. How to return my products?

    Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact, we will email you detailed information to start the return process.

3. What is your refund policy?

4. How will you return me?

    You can find our refund policy by the link. The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to show in your account. Please wait in patience.
